DocxPDF does not collect, store, or share personal information. When you upload a file for conversion, the file is processed on our server and deleted immediately after conversion is complete. We do not retain copies of uploaded files.
Our servers automatically log basic technical data during conversion requests, including IP address, conversion type, and file size. This data is used solely for service monitoring and rate-limiting purposes. It is never shared with third parties.
We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function (e.g., storing your payment access key if you subscribe). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics services that identify individual users.
We may display advertisements through Google AdSense, which may use cookies for ad personalization. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
Our payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, Stripe collects payment information directly — we do not see or store your credit card details.
All file transfers between your browser and our server are encrypted using HTTPS. Files are processed in a secure, isolated environment and are automatically purged after conversion.
