DocxPDF provides online document conversion between DOCX and PDF formats. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits or payment systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service.

4. Free and Paid Usage

The Service offers a limited number of free conversions per day. Additional or unlimited conversions require a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify free usage limits at any time.

5. File Handling

Uploaded files are processed automatically and deleted immediately after conversion. We do not review, store, or claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the files you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocxPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or conversion quality issues.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
